The idea for Dotof was born from repeated struggles shared by companies and candidates.

Our founder, once a hands-on recruitment consultant working closely with both sides of the hiring table, saw the pain points firsthand: candidates pouring effort into job applications that never got seen and hiring teams often receive too few applications or a flood of irrelevant resumes, making it incredibly difficult to find the right fit.

We knew there had to be a better way. So we built Dotof as a smarter bridge between the people looking for meaningful careers and the companies searching for the right people to grow with.
